Zamil receives $11.8m school air conditioning order
30th August 2021SAUDI ARABIA: Zamil has been awarded a contract worth SAR44.1m (US$11.8m) for a range of air conditioning systems for schools in Saudi Arabia.
The order from Tatweer Buildings Company, a Saudi-government-owned project management company, covers the manufacture and supply of more than 13,570 air conditioning systems of different sizes and capacities for schools affiliated with the Ministry of Education in the various regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Founded in 1974 and based in Dammam, Zamil Air Conditioners was one of the first air conditioning companies to be established in Saudi Arabia. Today, it produces about one million air conditioners per year.
