Trane opens first parts shop

Trane Store BordeauxFRANCE: The first Trane Store in Europe, offering original parts and direct support service, opened today in Bordeaux, France. 

The store, which is planned as the first of many across Europe, will provide access to 16,000 spare parts and a comprehensive range of components, accessories, tools and supplies. A skilled and qualified Trane team will also be on hand to share their knowledge and provide necessary support.

“At Trane our constant goal is to meet our customers’ needs and better satisfy their requirements,” said Bertrand Kieken, parts business developer at Trane. “The first Trane Store in Europe is part of this approach and will help our customers perform effective maintenance and repair of their hvac solutions for greater productivity, performance and profitability.”

“Our goal is to open Trane Stores throughout Europe, starting now with France and subsequently focusing on other leading European market countries,” revealed Hugo Steep, parts portfolio leader for Trane Europe.

The new Trane Store is located at 18 rue de la Source, ZA du Haut Vigneau Gradignan, France 33170.
