Systemair buys remaining shares in HSK

SWEDEN/TURKEY: Systemair has acquired the remaining shares in Turkish air handling units manufacturer HSK.

Systemair originally acquired 90% of the shares 2012 when it had a turnover of around €14m. The agreement included an option to acquire the minority shareholding at a later date. Since then, sales have grown to about €55m with about 350 employees.

During the period, a new 28,000m2 factory has been built outside Istanbul. Current MD Ayça Eroğlu will assist the company in the future through a board position.
