SEST and AHA businesses merged into Lu-Ve

ITALY: The Lu-Ve board and company shareholders have approved the merger by incorporation into Lu-Ve of its wholly-owned subsidiaries Sest SpA and Air Hex Alonte Srl (AHA).

The merger is expected to simplify Lu-Ve’s corporate and governance structures to achieve significant savings and benefits, in particular through a reduction in administrative, managerial and organisational costs and greater functionality and efficiency from an economic, managerial and financial point of view.

SEST, a leading producer of heat exchanger finned coils for the commercial refrigeration and air conditioning, became part of the Lu-Ve Group in 1991.

Air Hex Alonte’s adoption into the Lu-Ve group was the result of the acquisition of Alfa Laval’s air products business in 2018.
