Flamco sold to Aalberts Industries

NETHERLANDS: Hvac component manufacturer Flamco has been sold to  fellow Dutch company Aalberts Industries.

Flamco has been a member of the Dutch Voestalpine Group’s Metal Forming Division for over a decade. It has production facilities in the Netherlands, Germany, UK, and China, with almost 700 employees worldwide. Annual revenue is around €125m.

Aalberts Industries NV, a listed group of around 150 companies with 12,000 employees in over 30 countries, this acquisition is seen as a good strategic move to expand its climate control portfolio.
