Colombia ratifies Kigali

COLOMBIA: The Republic of Colombia has become the 114th country to ratify the Kigali amendment to phase down HFC refrigerants.
Under the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol, countries commit to cut the production and consumption of HFCs by more than 80% over the next 30 years.
