Bitzer hosts Art of Compression conference

GERMANY: Compressor manufacturer Bitzer will again host its Art Of Compression Colloquium next month, focusing on sustainability, energy and resource efficiency.

The conference on April 25 at the Bitzer headquarters in Sindelfingen will draw well-known experts from science and industry to give presentations on the responsibility of refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump technology.

Bitzer’s Art Of Compression Colloquium is organised every two years by The Schaufler Foundation, the Technical University of Dresden and Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences.

This year’s speakers include Dr Reinhard Rademacher (University of Maryland) and Dipl-Ing Thomas Mösch of the Technical University of Dresden looking at future technological developments, Prof Dr-Ing Reiner Kriesten of Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences providing a lecture on cyber security and Dipl-Ing Jörn Schwarz of Ice-TeX-Ingenieurbüro with approaches to resource efficiency.
