September launch for Carrier and Ciat rewards scheme

Carrier’s new XCT7 VRF system will be included in the new Advantage rewards programme

UK: A new support and reward programme for Carrier and Ciat customers in the UK is set to launch in September.

The introduction of Carrier Advantage coincides with the launch of Carrier’s own XCT7 VRF system into the UK and wider European market.

The scheme is designed to help UK installers grow their businesses and increase profitability through an expanded offering and enhanced service.

With a theme of “Innovative Solutions Delivered Together”, Carrier Advantage will have three levels for accredited installers, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. While the standard warranty for non-accredited installers is one year, accredited customers will benefit from enhanced two, three and five year warranties, according to the equipment and accreditation level.

The programme will give members reward points for purchases, which can be exchanged for a range of high quality merchandise, including installation and commissioning tools, gift vouchers and air conditioning equipment.

For Gold and Platinum members, Carrier screw chillers above 500kW will be offered with remote monitoring and one year’s free servicing by the Carrier Service team.

September launch

A statement in the company’s monthly customer newsletter confirms that the new customer support and reward programme will go live in September.

“For many years, Toshiba customers have benefitted from class-leading support through the Rewards scheme. Now Carrier and CIAT customers have access to a similarly outstanding package of incentives, designed to help grow your business and take it to the next level,” the announcement says.

“We want to reward and incentivise our customers both old and new following Carrier’s recent spin-off as an independent company, and forge genuine collaborations that deliver innovative solutions.,” David Dunn, managing director of TCUK sales, is quoted as saying. “I believe the combined Carrier and Ciat ranges are unmatched, and provide a comprehensive offering covering all hydronic and airside HVAC projects and price points.”

While all customers will continue to be eligible for product and CPD training, accredited installers under the Carrier Advantage programme will qualify for advanced technical training, including factory-based tours and briefings for the two top levels, COVID restrictions permitting. Other benefits include retrospective discounts on equipment purchases, and, for Platinum installers, discounted prices when using our other HVAC businesses, such as service departments and Carrier Rental Systems.
