Kooltech promotes from within

Internal promotions (left to right): Chris Wilding, Stephen Taylor, Jonathan Brown

UK: Air conditioning and refrigeration distributor Kooltech has made three internal promotions to managerial roles.

Regional technical manager Chris Wilding, who has been with Kooltech since leaving university in 2007, has been promoted to national technical manager.

Stephen Taylor, who joined Kooltech as an apprentice in 2014 and was a former runner-up in the ACR News Apprentice of the Year Awards, is promoted to national technical manager – after sales.

The third promotion sees Jonathan Brown being promoted to divisional sales director for the southern region. Brown joined Kooltech in 2006 as a technical sales manager in the north. After advancing to more senior sales roles within the northern region, he then moved to the south in 2016.
