Jordon Group acquired by FM firm Bellrock
12th November 2024UK: The Jordon Group, the Oldham-based air conditioning, refrigeration and shopfitting contractor, has been acquired by facilities management group Bellrock.
Established in 1965 as E Jordon (Refrigeration) Ltd, the family-run business saw turnover rise 20% in 2023 to £38m with an operating profit of £4.6m.
Providing end-to-end turnkey solutions and critical asset maintenance services, Jordon has 120 employees who serve clients in the fuel station, hospitality, leisure, and retail sectors across the UK. Notable clients include Euro Garages, Motor Fuel Group and Center Parcs.
In a statement, Bellrock said that the “strategic merger” would deepen the companies capabilities in “self-delivered critical engineering” whilst opening up opportunities for new clients and expansion into new sectors.
Founded in 2003, the Bellrock Group boasts a £230m turnover. Now led by CEO Carlo Alloni, the business has its headquarters in London and operates 10 offices nationwide. Its 1,600 employees serve clients including NHS trusts, universities, government bodies, and top UK brands like Costa, Pizza Express, and Marks & Spencer.
