InstallerShow records 20,290 attendance

UK: Last week’s InstallerShow at the NEC Birmingham attracted 20,290 visitors – a 38% increase on last year’s event – according to the organiser.

The three-day event across the halls 4 and 5 of the NEC, “again exceeded all expectations”, the organiser stated in its post-show round up.

It was evident that visitor numbers were buoyed by the current high level of interest in heat pumps, a product area strongly featured amongst the 650 exhibitors.

“The buzz around the NEC surpassed anything we’ve experienced previously, which is testament to the attitude of our entire community,” said InstallerShow MD Mike Costain.

“Work has already begun on laying the foundations for an even bigger and better InstallerShow in 2025,” he added.

That work will include a planned expansion to include hall 3a – a 19% increase on this year’s floor space – at next year’s show from 24-26 June. The organiser expects this to accommodate 800 exhibitors and  attract 30,000 visitors.
