IMS Heat Pumps joins Hometree Group

UK: Hometree Group, the London-based residential energy services company, has acquired contractor IMS Heat Pumps.

The IMS purchase is the third renewable installer acquisition by the Hometree Group, following deals for GeoWarmth Heat Pumps and The Little Green Energy Company in April.

The acquisitions mean that Hometree Group, which offers finance for sustainable home upgrades, as well as insurance and cover products for home heating equipment, can offer installations as well.

Established in 1997 and with offices in Perth and Sheffield, IMS Heat Pumps supplies and installs ground-source, air-source and water-source heat pumps for self-build, new build, custom build, renovation and retro-fit projects.
