Hoare Lea acquired by US firm Tetra Tech
28th July 2021UK: Long-established UK M&E consultancy Hoare Lea has been acquired by Tetra Tech Inc, a US-based consulting and engineering services firm.
Headquartered in Pasadena, California, Tetra Tech has over 20,000 engineers, scientists and specialists in 450 offices worldwide. Its clients include a diverse base of international, US state and local government, US federal government, US commercial, and international clients.
With a history dating back to 1862, Hoare Lea has adapted and evolved to become the UK’s largest MEP consultancy.
It will be joining Tetra Tech’s High Performance Buildings Group, a global alliance of MEP firms, which consists of Cosentini Associates and Glumac in the US, and NDY in Australia and Asia Pacific.
