FSW launches new e-commerce sites

UK/IRELAND: Refrigeration wholesaler FSW has launched new e-commerce websites for its UK and Ireland customers.

The UK site features include a special offer section called Cool-kit with special offer prices on over 40 products available to buy on-line or at any of the company’s 24 UK branches. FSW says the current Cool-kit promotion is valid until December 31 and new versions will be available every quarter.

A pdf version of Cool-kit is available to download from the website allowing customers to view the brochure at leisure. Clicking on any Cool-kit product will take customers directly to that products page on the new site.

FSW also have four new tool shops on the new UK site featuring Bahco, Testo, Value and a specialist A2L-ready tool shop that contains all the very latest products needed to work with A2L refrigerants from vacuum pumps, recovery machines, leak detectors and even left hand thread cylinder adaptors.

The UK site offers free next working day delivery on all orders over £50.00 + VAT if ordered before 17.00 Monday to Friday. Next working day delivery charges are only £5.00 on all orders under £50.00 + VAT. On-line click and collect is available from all 24 UK Branches.

The new websites include a download section containing all the information customers and staff need to make accessing information simple and straightforward. Customers are able to download the entire FSW product guide or the individual sections, the latest FSW ac guide, cylinder rental details, account application forms, branch listings etc.

The UK site downloads section also features access to the FSW returns portal making it easy for customers to return warranty items and track progress.

With refrigerant prices being the topic of conversation recently, the UK site also features a price bulletin section allowing customers easy access to all price increase bulletins as far back as January 2017.

An FSW credit account is not required to purchase from the online site. Placing the first order automatically creates a log in account for each new customer, who can then access previous orders and retain delivery details.

The UK website also features a training section where customers can book places on the air conditioning or CO2 training courses. Other features include product videos, technical manuals and COSHH data sheets.

Both website’s are fully optimised for mobile devices.
