Freedom for Baxi heat pumps

UK: Distributor Freedom Heat Pumps has added Baxi products to its portfolio, which already includes Samsung, Hitachi and Midea brands alongside a full range of complementary accessories and cylinders.

Originally founded in 2010 and acquired by Certas Energy in 2022, Freedom Heat Pumps also provide technical support to the plumbing and renewables trade.

With its Bamber Bridge factory less than two miles from Freedom’s distribution centre, Baxi insists that the additional closeness will ensure a seamless integration of its products into Freedom’s distribution channels.

“Being neighbours in Bamber Bridge underscores the efficiency and alignment between our two companies, which we expect will lead to faster delivery times and superior customer service,” said Rob Pearse, Baxi’s distribution sales director.

Baxi already makes pre-plumbed cylinders and other internal components required for a heat pump installation at its Bamber Bridge factory. A UK heating product manufacturer by tradition, Baxi says it is developing its business to become a partner of choice in the heat pump market.
