Daikin UK acquires Robert Heath Heating

Robert Heath (left) completes the deal with Daikin UK MD Hiroyasu Ishikawa

UK: Daikin UK has acquired Surrey-based service and maintenance company Robert Heath Heating Ltd.

Daikin sees the acquisition strengthening its residential heating service network in the UK and aligning with its transition towards low-carbon heating.

With air-source heat pumps expected to play a crucial role in helping the UK government reach its decarbonisation goals, Daikin plans to expand its service and maintenance capabilities accordingly.

Robert Heath Heating is described as one of the UK’s leading gas servicing businesses with around 450 employees, with its engineers complementing Daikin’s existing network of service partners.

Commenting on the acquisition, Daikin UK’s MD, Hiroyasu Ishikawa, said that the acquisition of Robert Heath Heating would strengthen its organisation and assure after sales support capacity.

Incorporated in 1983, Robert Heath Heating works across London, the southeast, Midlands, and north of England.
