Milan welcomes dedicated heat pump event
3rd July 2024ITALY: RX Italy, organiser of the Mostra Convegno Expocomfort exhibition, has released further details of its proposed event next year dedicated to heat pumps and related technologies.
As revealed by the Cooling Post in March, the Heat Pump Technologies, international exhibition and conference is scheduled for 2-3 April 2025 at the Allianz MiCo Milan.
The organiser promises two days of professional enrichment, dedicated to the entire value chain. It will feature the various types of heat pumps for residential, commercial, and industrial use. It will also showcase technologies for energy management and control, photovoltaics, storage, inverters, building automation, electric charging stations, and more.
“Heat Pump Technologies originated from the aim of organising an event with a conference focus on this sector to explore the trends and regulations that will impact the decisions of designers, installers, distributors, energy and facility managers, as well as technicians from public bodies regarding the use of heat pumps as a critical component in the future energy system,” explained RX Italy director Massimiliano Pierini.
The 5,000m2 exhibition area is expected to accommodate 70-80 exhibitors who will have the opportunity to display the latest technologies and solutions.
The exhibition will run alongside two main conferences, with a capacity of 580 delegates, to be held in the mornings, featuring industry experts, stakeholders, and representatives from national and international institutions.
A special guest will be the European Heat Pump Association (EHPA) and exclusive and specially commissioned research by the Energy & Strategy Group of the Polytechnic University of Milan will be presented to identify the developments and opportunities offered by these technologies.
The two-day event, will also include vertical workshops to discuss, provide, and exchange information and suggest specific actions to sustain a significant increase in the industry.
