Fujitsu extends Airstage splits

UK: Fujitsu General Air Conditioning UK has extended its Airstage split systems line-up with the Eco+ wall mount unit.

Operating on lower GWP R32 refrigerant, it is said to be designed to provide extended functionality at a competitive price point.

Sitting alongside the standard split and Eco ranges, the Eco+ (models: ASEH**KNCA; ** 05, 07, 09, 12) includes integrated wi-fi for connection to Fujitsu’s Airstage mobile app.

The Eco+ is available in capacities 1.5kW (multi split only), 2kW, 2.5kW and 3.4kW. Efficiencies are said to achieve A++ with SEER of up to 7.8 and SCOP to 4.4 (ASEH07KNCA).

The indoor unit is just 784mm wide with a large louvre design for maximum air distribution.

Systems can be designed with a pipe length of 20m and an elevation of 15m. Units are pre-charged for a 15m pipe run, thus reducing the costs of additional refrigerant.

Heating is available down to -15°C ambient temperature and Eco+ is able to hold a room at 10°C for energy saving frost protection.

Blue Fin anti-corrosion heat exchangers on the outdoor unit allow for installation in harsh environments, while deodorising silver ion air filtration is available as an option.
