Emerson adds 460V X-Line option

USA: Emerson has extended its Copeland X-Line series of outdoor refrigeration units with a 460V option for 3-6hp medium temperature food retail applications.

This new offering has the same features and benefits of other fixed speed X-Line units, including energy efficient scroll compressor, variable speed fan motors, large capacity condenser coils and advanced control algorithms.

These new units also comply with the US Department of Energy’s Annual Walk-In Energy Factor (AWEF) standards.

Each unit has built-in diagnostics and protection that can alert and record alarms independently or communicate with building management systems.

The ultra-quiet variable speed fan motor significantly reduces exterior sound levels and is combined with a lightweight weather-resistant cabinet, slim footprint, and optional wall mounting capability.

It is available for use with R134a, R404A, R407A, R407C, R448A, R449A and R507.

Standard features include pre-painted enclosures, electronic defrost control with programmable defrost scheduling, brass service valves located externally for easy access, electronic low-pressure control, receivers with pressure relief valve, liquid shut-off valve and charging port, advanced compressor electronics diagnostics and over-sized condenser coils with additional fin corrosion protection for coastal zones.
