Data centre thermal management kits for Autodesk

USA: Trane Technologies has Introduced data centre thermal management kits in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Forma.
Trane’s Data Centre Reference Kits are said to be the first system-level data centre thermal management reference kits across both platforms.
According to Trane, access to the thermal management reference designs within these industry-standard platforms for building design and early-stage planning will help project teams collaborate more seamlessly, reduce duplicate modelling, and support more efficient delivery across next-generation AI factories.
The new reference kits draw on Trane Technologies’ thermal management reference design work for large-scale AI and data centre environments, including recent design optimisations and expanded Trane Continuum Rubin DSX reference designs.
Available within Autodesk workflows, they provide design, engineering and delivery teams with a shared set of project resources from early design through commissioning, helping reduce disconnected handoffs and supporting more coordinated model review, issue management and stakeholder alignment.
