Epta serves Donnybrook Fair with distinction

UK: Epta UK has supplied tailor-made refrigerated solutions to the latest Donnybrook Fair food hall and restaurant opened at the beginning of December in the Dublin suburb of Dundrum.

The 900m2 store is based in the Dundrum Town Centre shopping complex – Ireland’s largest shopping centre with over 169 tenants. The new Donnybrook Fair outlet provides an extensive food hall, restaurant, and bar. The food market is located on the ground floor, with the restaurant on the top floor.

The Dundrum outlet is Donnybrook Fair’s sixth store in Dublin, where it has been the city’s premier craft butcher, seafood and fresh fish market for over 20 years.

Through contractor Cross Group, Epta UK supplied tailor-made refrigerated solutions from Epta’s Costan and Eurocyror ranges. Products selected from the highly customisable Eurocryor range included the Twin SV which was crafted around a structural pillar to utilise the space available and provides a high level of visibility for the freshly prepared meals. Special finishes included stone effect Dekton Khalo canopies.

The Eurocyror Panorama range was used in providing a fresh fish ice bed, a chilled version for deli, food to go and juices, ambient corners and a hot counter. The Panorama Tower was chosen to display bakery products, while the fresh meat counter makes use of the Gemini.

Costan’s GranVista range was used to displaying chilled pre-packaged meat and dairy products and chilled wines and beers.
