Changes to the board at Viessmann

GERMANY: Changes to the board at Viessmann sees CEO Martin Viessmann moving to chairman to focus on strategic tasks.

From June 1, the role of CEO passes to deputy CEO and chief digital officer (CDO) Joachim Janssen.

In addition to Martin Viessmann and Joachim Janssen, the executive board will also include Ulrich Hüllmann (group chief financial officer), Klaus Gantner (group chief administration officer) and Maximilian Viessmann (group chief digital officer).

As part of the changes to the board, the divisional CEOs are Klaus Peter Kegel (heating), Tino Weber (industrial systems) and Frank Schmidt (cooling systems).
